Meet Fonki
A blue hippo who is always up for a game
Fonki lives in a bright little house, and her friend Zipchik the giraffe drops by to play. She walks from room to room with your child, names every colour and food, gets excited when a drop lands and gently explains when it doesn't. A calm grown-up narrator gives the instructions, so nothing needs to be read.

Fonki's house
No menus. Just rooms to explore.
Children swipe between rooms and tap whatever looks interesting. The fridge, the bathtub, the chess table and the car are all games, and every one of them holds a ladder of levels: finish one and the next opens, from toddler sets up to school ones. The little dots under each toy show how far your child has climbed. The grown-ups' door stays behind a parent gate.

The mirror asks how Fonki feels, the planet mobile launches the Moon Rocket, the blocks are for building and the bed tells a bedtime story you choose.

Make soup on the stove, bake pizza and cookies, serve a snack to Zipchik and sort food with the fridge. Real recipes with real steps: add, stir, pour.

Chess Steps on the little table teaches the pieces one at a time, from a rook on a 4×4 board to a first game against Fonki. The grown-ups' door leads to the parent area.
One more room upstairs: the attic with hidden objects and memory pairs. Outside the front door, the garden: catch the fruit under the tree, bring every baby animal back to its mother, grow vegetables from seed and swim across the pond. Beyond it lies the town: the street where Fonki learns to cross safely, the kindergarten for letters, numbers and drawing, which becomes a school classroom for six-to-eight-year-olds, and the playground for sand play and hide and seek.

Chess Steps Zipchik sets the puzzle: take the king to Fonki on a 4×4 board. Later sets bring knights, captures, check and a first game against Fonki. -
Puppy tricks Listen to what the puppy should do, then tap the right card: sit, lie down or speak. The puppy does the trick and Fonki cheers. -
Shell Dive Fonki dives for shells among the fish, with Zipchik alongside her. Steer her with a finger and find every shell on the board.

Same house, three levels of challenge
Fonki picks a level from your child's age. Every game has content sets for each band, so a two-year-old and a seven-year-old open the same fridge and get a different game. Grown-ups can change the level any time.

Things parents ask
Does my child need to read?
No. A grown-up narrator explains every game out loud and Fonki reacts to every tap. The only text on screen is for adults, behind the parent gate.
Which devices does Fonki run on?
iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets, in landscape. The same games and the same house on all of them.
Is there anything to buy inside the games?
No. Games never show offers. The one purchase, Fonki Plus, lives in the parent area behind the gate.
Can more than one child use it?
Each child gets a profile with an age and a language, and Fonki picks the level from that age.
What happens to progress if we switch phones?
Playing as a guest keeps stars on the device. A free account keeps them on every device, and merges what was played before signing in.
Does Fonki use the microphone?
Only in one listening game, where up to four seconds of your child's voice are recorded so the parrot can repeat it. The recording stays on the device and is never uploaded.
